Active Initiative

First Term Officer Course

FTOC equips first-term officers with the practical skills, mentorship, and reference materials needed in their first assignment. The Implementation Team welcomes new contributors year-round — from curriculum support to facilitation.

A DAF CGOC initiative in development. Published research with Air University and direct engagement with senior leaders are in scope. CGOs interested in contributing or senior leaders with ideas to submit are encouraged to reach out.

A DAF CGOC initiative in development. Connecting cadets and new Lieutenants with established base CGOC leadership across the total force. AFROTC and USAFA cadre can submit cadets directly.
